For whom

The journey toward health is not easy for anyone. It often involves changes in lifestyle, diet, and psychological beliefs, which can sometimes take years. My responsability at Qihai is to walk alongside you during your healing process and create space by clearing physical and energetic blockages in your body.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) offers a holistic perspective on health, viewing various symptoms together as leaves on a tree. By addressing the root—the underlying cause of illness—the tree as a whole can flourish once again.

Below is a list of some examples of conditions that TCM can help you with. Many of these conditions do not develop overnight, and they also take time to heal. In addition, it is possible to take preventive measures to ensure that chronic conditions do not develop.

In TCM, there are five major branches from which one can act therapeutically. These five branches are acupuncture, nutrition, herbal medicine, tui na and qi gong. During my treatments, I mainly use the last two. To learn more about the services I offer, or if you are interested in more information about TCM, please click on one of the buttons below.
